What method of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover through Authorize.net. We also accept E-Check.
If you prefer to pay by check, money order, or by credit card payment over the phone, you may do so by following these steps:
- Pick the item or items you wish to purchase, making a note of the title and price.
- Call our order department at 212-957-5300, ext. 200.
- We will help finalize the details of your order, which will include a small shipping charge.

Why do I have to register?
In order to provide you with better service we require you to register to our site before you place an order if you do not have an account in McMahonMedicalBooks.com. Once your register, you do not need to re-enter your shipping nor the billing address every time you place an order. Also, once you place an order, you will be able to check the status of your order, check the history of your orders and you can create a whish list for your future purchases.
Is my privacy protected?
Yes, completely. We honor the right of all of our customers to keep their email addresses and any other information away from other businesses. We do not sell, rent or lend customer names, emails or financial information to anyone.
What happens if one item is in stock and one or more is not?
In the unlikely event that part of your order is not in stock we will wait for our supplies to be replenished before sending you the full order. If we cannot restock within 2 weeks we will send you a partial shipment. The remaining order will then be shipped with a minimal shipping charge (unless you have requested expedited shipping at a greater cost). You will receive an email informing you of the status of your order when shipping has been initiated.
